New Delhi: Here’s a list of stocks that maybe in news on Thursday:

InterGlobe Aviation: Shareholders of IndiGo parent InterGlobe Aviation Ltd on Wednesday rejected co-promoter Rakesh Gangwal’s proposal to amend the company’s Articles of Association. The amendment would have done away with the other co-promoter Rahul Bhatia-led group’s powers over appointment of key managerial personnel.

Yes Bank: India Ratings and Research has maintained Yes Bank Ltd’s long-term issuer rating of ‘A’ on rating watch negative and has withdrawn its short-term issuer rating of ‘A1’.

Bajaj Finserv: The non-banking finance company, a part of Bajaj Holdings & Investments Ltd, reported a rise of 32.35% in its consolidated net profit to 1125.64 crore in the third quarter of the current fiscal.

JSW Group: JSW Infrastructure, part of Sajjan Jindal’s $14 billion JSW Group, will invest nearly 300 crore to develop and operate container terminal at New Mangalore Port Trust.

Pharma companies: Shares of Indian pharmaceutical companies could be in focus in Thursday’s trade as they brace for a shortage in supply of key raw materials, most of which comes from China where the novel coronavirus infection is spreading rapidly.

Godrej Consumer Products: Homegrown fast-moving consumer goods giant Godrej Consumer Products (GCPL) on Wednesday reported a 5.1% year-on-year increase in its October-December consolidated net profit to 445.20 crore on the back of steady growth in sales and volumes.

Jubilant FoodWorks: Noida-based company that operates the Domino’s Pizza and Dunkin’ Donuts chain of restaurants reported a 7.5% jump in net profit at Rs103.7 crore for the third-quarter of FY20.

Tata Power: The Tata Group company reported net profit of 245.64 crore in Q3FY20, rising nearly 12% from the 219.79 crore reported in the same period a year ago.

Earnings: Bajaj Auto Ltd, Bajaj Holdings & Investments Ltd, Dabur Ltd, Bharti Infratel Ltd, Indian Oil Corp Ltd, Marico Ltd, Tata Motors Ltd, will announce their December quarter result tomorrow.
